A Big Little Speaker

The P7 Xboom Go is LGs latest Xboom Go line update. The P7 features excellent sound full bass passive radiator and lights to boot. Its great for small gatherings or porch parties. It is small enough to carry around quickly and the new handle design makes it easy. The handle also functions as the speakers support base. I found the sound solid but a little light on the treble and mid-range. The speaker has exceptional highs and a solid base with LGs Meridian audio technology but the midrange is a little muddy and lacks detail. You probably wouldnt notice it too much for dance and party style music but for more alternative and rock music it is noticeable. The LG app does not allow for true EQ or the ability to tweak the sound profile. Instead it provides the same standard and sound boost options corresponding to the physical buttons on top of the speaker. The volume is surprisingly loud for such a small speaker and has a sound boost button that enhances the sound at higher volumes and increases the overall loudness. The P7 Is splash and water resistant making it a tremendous poolside boat or beach option. The battery life is also superb lasting more than 24 hours of continuous playback. I never needed to plug it in or charge it during my sessions. Bluetooth pairing was easy with or without the LG app. Using the LG app you can pair the speaker with another Xboom speaker and achieve stereo sound. There is even an AUX input for plugging in outside sound sources. The light show is cute but it will not blow you away. However it does provide a little extra ambiance in darker atmospheres. The app allows light show customization such as color and frequency of flashing. It also has several presets such as pool and forest which set the lights to a blue or green cycle. Overall the LG speaker impressed me and is worth the price. However its downside is the slightly messy midrange clarity and the lack of an EQ feature. The speaker would be perfect if LG allowed for a True EQ function. That being said I would recommend this speaker as a small portable speaker for small gatherings and parties.

This is a powerful and rugged portable speaker. I use the LG P7 Xboom Go with all of my outdoor activities. I listen to my favorite playlists while gardening. It was a snap to pair my iPhone 13 with the speaker and place it on my patio. I am able to clearly hear music wherever my chores take me. The sturdy handle adds to the portability. During the summer evenings we light up the fire pit and start the party with our friends. The sound is powerful and lights add to the fun. I find that the charge lasts more than needed for an evening. I was disappointed that the P7 Xboom Go didnt have the functionality to pair with my large Xboom RN5. That would have made the parties even better. Overall this is a great portable speaker for wherever you need music.

Not too good for my neighbors as this things rocks Weve used this quite a few times indoor and outdoor and the sound is superb with great bass. One evening when this thing was on and barely halfway turned up the sweet neighbors came knocking and said that we were too loud. which it wasnt. Being the kind and courteous neighbors we are we obliged. Back to the Xboom Go. Love the fact that we can turn off our living room lights and use the speaker as a light show Love the idea of using the app to control the light effects and speaker levels. Fantastic when we were camping one night. Battery last all night. I was extremely shocked on how good it lasted. I highly recommend this speaker to anyone that is in the market for a portable durable speaker.

I have been enjoying this speaker for a few weeks now. It is an amazing speaker very well built and a very good size and handle. It was easy to pair to Bluetooth i only had an issue when it was already connected to my phone and i tried to connect to another phone at the same time. The battery life is amazing it really lasts a long time. The sound is up there with the best names and it sounds really good and goes very loud. I would definitely recommend this for every family.

The LG P7 is probably best speaker i have used so far. The sound is great. I really like the lights. Very easy to connect. I am very surprised how small size can output so much sound. The best feature I think is the app although you dont really need the app. I could not play at full volume inside the house. I had to take it out to hear the potential of the speaker which was loud. I would buy it again. I have already recommended family and friends about this speaker.

I opened the box and it was packed very well. It comes with about a 4 ft USB to type c connector it doesnt come with the part that plugs into the wall just the cable to connect it. They have also made an app that you can do more than just the buttons on top. It doesnt take very long to charge it about an hour or two and its ready to go. Its very colorful with all the flashing lights. Its got two buttons a DTS sound and a sound boost the sound boost sounds like a bass booster and the DTS sounds gives it that kind of spacious sound kind of like its coming from different directions. It also has voice activation. can take it to the beach or anywhere I havent tried how long the battery lasts yet Ill get to that its got great sound and its pretty loud at first when I plugged it in I didnt think it was very loud but I took it outside and it booms. I listened to it for about 6 hours and Im down to 30 battery left. I think this is a very good speaker and great for outside like the beach or party. You can even daisy chain 3 of them so you can space them out if you want. It has a great carry handle that also when you set it down it angles the speaker up. I would definitely recommend these speakers.

This speaker has a very slick look and feel. It has many options to control the speaker. You can also add more functionality with the LG BOOM app from the Android store. This lets you adjust the equalizer and manage the cool sound lights displayed through the speakers. It has an excellent sound and all the necessary bass for a party. I have already used it a few times and it performs beautifully. The battery lasts an entire day and more. I am really excited about this new speaker.

I received the speaker and couldnt wait to set it up. It was easy to connect to my phone and I was playing music in no time while I checked out the other features. I really like the different lighting options and chose to keep the lights flashing to the beat of the song. My family went on vacation to the beach and it was a great opportunity to try out all the features and test the capabilities. I charged the speaker at night while we slept on the bedside table. We like to sleep with sound on usually box fan sounds playing. The sound is great and had no issues keeping the speaker connected throughout the night. During the day at the beach the speaker battery lasted the entire time we were there at least five hours without dying. This speaker worked perfectly and I would definitely recommend it to all my family and friends.

The package arrived well packed and easy to set up once opened with Bluetooth. My kid loves it as the color keeps changing while her rhymes keep playing. Its very lightweight to carry and change places. The grip to hold it helps to position it in different places as well. The sound is good when played rhymes and music. We have buttons on the player as well to change the settings. The battery life is good too. I would choose this now for the outdoors. A good one for the best price.

We received these P2 XBoom GO 2-pack speakers at a discount in exchange for an honest review. These speakers have such an amazing sound for such a small speaker pair just like the title of my review states. The sound when connected to each other via bluetooth is great and not tinny as I originally would have thought based on the size and lack of sub. They pair very easily with the push of a button. Once connected you can move them a decent amount apart in order to get a surround sound effect in the space you are playing your music. The buttons on the speaker are all easy to figure out/navigate. There is a microphone button so it can be used as a microphone when paired to your phone. There are volume up and down buttons as well as a bluetooth connection and power button as well. I would highly recommend this speaker pair for anyone that wants to save money and get a great product that can be taken anywhere - tailgates camping outdoor sports etc.

There are many things that I like about the LG XBoom Go P7. Right out of the box it was already charged at 50 so I can start listening right away. Its Lithium-Ion battery takes about five hours to full charge for up to 24 hours of listening time. Thats perfect for a day at the beach or anywhere outdoors. A USB-C charging cable is included. The P7 also has a light to indicate when the charge is low. Connecting to my bluetooth device was a snap. For devices that dont happen to be bluetooth enabled just use the AUX port with your own cable. The sound from the XBoom Go P7 is really nice. There are three audio modes that you may choose from. All use the Meridian Technology feature for hi-res audio. The SoundBoost option is the default and gives you that extra loudness that you may want outdoors. It also has DTS Stereo Plus which is a more realistic output for lossless audio. Both of these selections may be accessed by buttons on the device. For certain audiophiles there is an equalizer option available through the LG XBoom app. I would prefer a list of sound effect preset options to use with different songs. For a large party you can use the wireless party link to connect to multiple speakers. Dual mode separates the left/right channels for realistic stereo and the multi mode allows you to transfer music to nearby speakers. Up to 100 speakers is the limit. All speakers must support the wireless party link. The XBoom Go P7 is an attractive unit and very solid. The lighting effects with four different themes. On of the themes is configurable as your own. The waterproof design allows you to take this speaker wherever you go.

Im really impressed with the quality of this speaker. My husband and I love to listen to music when we are sitting in the backyard enjoying a beverage. This speaker is super portable because it is lightweight and has an easy to grab handle. It easily syncs up to my phone so we can listen to Sirius XM. The sound is clear powerful and balanced. I love the lights that are on the speaker too... theyre fun to watch. It is really easy to use and operate I havent had to even reference to the directions at all. The battery life on this speaker is outstanding... I would say it lasts at least 22-24 hours before I have to charge it again. The volume is easily adjustable and we love when we can turn it up. We use this speaker almost daily. I like to listen to music while cleaning and my husband uses it when he is working outside. My son grabs it whenever we arent using it to listen to music while studying.

LG hit a home run with their P7 Xboom Go portable speaker The speaker has so many uses. I took it out on my pontoon boat for a day and everyone on board was raving about the sound. We played everything from hip-hop to country and the music sounded splendid throughout. The battery never died which was excellent. LG claims a 24-hour battery life and that seems accurate. It is so nice to keep the party going without having to worry about the speaker running out of juice. Ive also utilized the P7 Xboom Go in both my kitchen and office. The clarity of a podcasts dialogue is outstanding on this speaker. And the sound is powerful throughout the room. The design is superior. The speaker is lightweight and the handle makes it easy to carry. A back cover conceals the power button reset button auxiliary plug and charging cable plug. The Bluetooth connection is solid and an app allows you to control the settings of the speaker through your phone. All in all LG made a fantastic speaker with their P7 Xboom Go. It is so versatile and the sound is great regardless of what you are listening to. Highly recommended

I received the P7 Xboom Go speaker for a discount in return for my honest review. The setup of the speaker is easy. Has an app you can install on your phone or iPod to help control settings. The sound quality is excellent. I even connected it to my laptop via Bluetooth and tried it that way also. Easy to do and a great experience. The weight of the speaker isnt bad its bigger than I expected but still manageable. The design is just right for the speaker itself along with the placement of the controls and the ports on the back. I have not maxed out the volume of the speaker but it is plenty loud enough to hear through the whole house at lower volume levels. I also enjoy the different light settings for the speaker.

This speaker reminds you of a boom box that people used to carry back in the day on their shoulder except its much more modern sleek and the sound quality is amazing Plus its very light and compact so its easy to carry it around with you. I mainly use it to play podcasts and music from my phone and the sound quality is so loud and crisp. It was so easy to connect my phone to the Bluetooth and the app allows me to switch the sound settings easily so I can get more bass when Im listening to music or select a setting that gives me sharper sound when Im listening to speaking voices. Also theres the fun little feature where you can select different light tones while youre playing your audio. I really like this speaker and its easily portable so I can use it everywhere. Definitely invest in this speaker

I love my Lg P7 Xboom Go speaker. Its the coolest greatest speaker of all time. It has many fabulous features like multi device Bluetooth connection that allows you to connect to multiple speakers have multiple phones connected so several people can control the music it has a fabulous light show that can be controlled from the LG Xboom Go app. You can also control the volume your playlist view your battery life and more in the app. Theres also buttons on the speaker that allows you control the volume change songs pause or connect to the voice assistant on your phone. The sound is great quality and theres a sound booster. Its water resistant making it great for the beach pool or lake. Its small in size making it easy to tote where you need it and its loud enough for a party tailgating outdoors or any other places. It stays charged for 24 hours My only complaint is the charging cord doesnt store inside the speaker. With all the wonderful features and the great quality I definitely recommend owning one. It would also make an amazing gift go Christmas or Birthdays too.

The P7 XBOOM arrived and was packed well. It was easy to locate and set up Bluetooth on my I phone and connecting quickly and easily. The pack lots of punch for its size. It has the Meridian Audio Technology and the sound is clean and clear with no distortion cranked up loud. It has two passive radiators on each end to create more bass in limited spaces with decent size speakers to boost the sound.. Sound Boost gives you surround sound effect which fills up a larger area. I prefer clean and clear sound and this meets that need. It has lights that flash to the sync for the beat of your music and different color options you can chose. 24 Hour Battery Life you can enjoy your music for longer without missing a beat. It has a USB charge connection. I can carry this easily from inside the home or outside if needed with the easy carry handle. The handle also acts as a kickstand for keeping in place. I also used the speaker phone option where it allows you to answer calls and clarity is clear and easy to understand. You also can use Google assistant allows you change the track without even going to your phone. You also have an option to pair two Bluetooth devices at the same time with the XBOOM app to control a playlist. This device is water resistant so there is no worry if you get caught in a unexpected rain shower. The back has protective rubber plug so the connections are protected from water or physical damage. You also have an option to link 100 of these for even more sound for even a bigger party I got this item discounted in exchange for my honest review.

This IS the ULTIMATE party speaker to keep your guests entertained. I was skeptical of this speaker and thought that it is just a gimmick because of the color changing lights and the claim to have 24 hour battery life but it held true to the long batter life. It even outlasted my party with the constant color changing lights. One thing that I never knew was that if you have the app you can control not only the color but also the beat pattern by tapping on your phone via app. The sound by far impressed me and everyone else at the party. Overall I really enjoy this speaker. Great job LG

Super Impressive Party Speaker

I have had this speaker for about a month now and overall I am very satisfied with the speaker so far. I really put it through its paces at a pool party I went to last weekend. I am most impressed with how loud a speaker this small can get. Its as loud as a full size speaker in a tiny box with an impressive battery We had the speaker setup on the far end of the pool and could hear it loud and clear all the way up on the deck about 100ft away even through all the typical noise of a pool party. The battery lasted from all morning until late into the night and still had more to go couldnt have asked for more The carrying handle is very convenient and props the speaker up in an ideal position. The party lights on the front speakers are also a really nice touch and really adds some flare to it. Overall I am very happy with the speaker and plan on buying another one of two of them to link up together and have inside/outside matching audio.

The LG P7 Xboom Go is an awesome portable speaker. Lightweight with a nicely symmetrical design it fits in wherever you place it. The integrated handle serves double duty as a stabilizer bar so that when you put it down it stays there. Connecting over bluetooth was easy and went off without a hitch. Sound quality is great with next to no distortion no matter how loud the volume was. While controlling the device is easy with the built in buttons it becomes even easier once you download the Xboom app for you phone. The app includes music controls playlist saving and controls for the speakers built in lights. Battery life has been amazing and I havent had any worries about getting through a BBQ or a day at the beach or park. The speakers water resistant cover for the charging and other ports is really solidly connected. I thought I was going to break something when I was taking it off for the first time to charge the speaker. I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest review.
